Lombera de Karrantza cured meats

The Lombera family has cured meats in Karrantza throughout four generations. It is their passion to preserve the recipes that have been so carefully passed on from one generation to the next. The key has been to keep things simple.

Their products inclu chorizo Sausage, cured dewlap, air dried cured beef, cured pig's feet, cured pork loin, morcilla black sausage and bacon.
