Balmaseda will celebrate its Medieval Market on the weekend of 9 and 10 May, featuring over 200 stalls and a wide range of activities. Just like in medieval legends, the streets of the Old Town of the first town founded in Biscay (back in 1199) will be filled with comedians, troubadours, acrobats, and two hundred market stalls where you can find all kinds of crafts and local products.
