Tasting them is fantastic, but learning to prepare them does not lag behind and is worth it for the immense reward. We suggest you learn to prepare a selection of our best pintxos by the hand of chef Bittor Martínez, in the heart of Zierbena.

We will combine seafood products (cod, antxoas, tuna...) with other gastronomic delights of the country: cheese, nuts, products from the garden ... The result will be a variety of miniature pintxos that we will taste watered with txakoli from Enkarterri and Rioja Alavesa and Iparralde wines.
