Among amazing views of the former Concha II mine, the Mining Museum of the Basque Country leads us through the turbulent history of a world of which today barely the memory and the impressive panoramas that gave this land its name and identity.

The museum, located in the neighborhood of Gallarta (Abanto-Zierbena), keeps alive the memory of the mine and those who left their lives in their bowels. It has one of the largest collections of tools and useful miners. It aims to study and disseminate the culture and history of mining in Euskadi
